We ship our raw juices and supplements via USPS or UPS.
Here is some shipping information on How the Hive works …
We strive to provide our customers with the best experience possible and want to ensure your juice or shots show up to you the way they’re meant to be consumed – ice cold! To maintain this level of quality, all orders are packed with ice packs and shipped cold on a BEE Ship Day* (Monday-Wednesday) and ship via UPS for 1-2 days depending on the delivery location (see the full breakdown below).
We cannot deliver on Sundays or Mondays or to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses. Due to import/export restrictions, we are unable to ship our products outside the United States.
Below are the frequent questions we get about how we get our cold-pressed juices and supplements to you. It's pretty simple... you order juice and supplements online and we do all the busy work.

Once your order is processed for delivery 2 days after your order is received. You will receive a confirmation email with the USPS or UPS tracking number. We are based in Houston,Tx and we process orders first in first out. All orders are shipped Monday- Thursday. If you order later in the week and there are not enough days in transit to allow for the package to arrive by Friday (commercial address) or Saturday (home delivery), your order will be held for shipment until the following week. Occasionally we experience a high demand so it takes us longer than usual. Rest assured that we will get your order out as fast as possible. Shipping Costs
We use UPS for all of our shipments. Shipping costs are automatically generated based on your order weight and delivery location.
Cancellation/Change Policy
We only accept order changes or cancellations for orders that have not started processing. We accept and handle all changes or cancellations for unprocessed orders during normal business hours (M-F, 8am-5pm CST). We ship your juices frozen.
Freezing is the best and most convenient way to preserve the nutrition and flavors of raw juices and juice shots. We freeze each bottle within minutes and ship your order frozen so you can have raw juices and smoothies delivered to your door without feeling rushed to consume them before they go bad. When your order arrives you can either start consuming the bottles immediately or store them in your freezer and pull them out as you need them.
You do not need to be home to receive your order.
Each package is shipped in an insulated box and will withstand sitting until you return home. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we ask that you open the package immediately upon arrival and place the contents in your freezer or refrigerator. If you are ordering as a gift, do not worry - all of our packages are marked "keep frozen" and "perishable".
