How should the products be stored?
Unopened products should be stored in the refrigerator. Opened products should always be kept in a sealed container in the refrigerator to ensure maximum freshness. Honey Bz's Organic products can be frozen, because our bottles are bpa free this keeps our product fresh. Your juice can be defrosted in refrigerator. Keep refrigerated after opening, and for maximum quality, use within 7-10 days.
Products within shelf life have the best quality and freshness. We would not recommend using products beyond 10 days in the refrigerator as this would not be of the highest quality
Can the products be used after the Best If Used By Date?
Products within shelf life have the best quality and freshness. We would not recommend using products beyond the Best If Used By Date on the container since they would not be of the highest quality.
Do Honey Bz's Organic products contain any of the top eight allergens (dairy, soy, nuts, peanuts, eggs, wheat, fish and shellfish)?
No. Honey Bee products do not contain any of these top eight allergens.
Honey Bz's will gladly accept returns on unopened / unused orders placed within 3 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift cards are ineligible for returns. Prior to sending back your products, please email us at email@example.com to see if you are eligible for an exchange or a partial refund.
To complete your return:
Pack up the items in a shipping box (it’s best to use the one the item(s) were mailed to you in).
Include a copy of your packaging slip with your return. If you don’t have a packing slip, please include the following information with your return:
- Full Name
- Email address
- Telephone number
- Honey Bz's order confirmation number (if applicable)
- A note about why you’re returning the item(s)
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and are processing your partial refund. The partial refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.
If you’ve been notified that you’re receiving a refund, but it has been more than 5 business days since the notice has been issued, please contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is posted to your account.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com for further instructions.
If you are not at home when your delivery arrives, the courier will generally leave the package for you at your door. Our products are packaged with insulated liners and gel packs and will typically remain cold and fresh for several hours, but depending on the season and temperature in your geographic area at the time of delivery, advance planning by you should be made for proper storage of your products prior to consumption. Any individual at the delivery address who accepts a delivery from us is presumed to be authorized to receive such delivery. In cases in which you have designated an alternative receiver, such person shall accept the delivery under all of the same terms and conditions that would apply had you accepted the delivery yourself.
In the case of inclement weather or other events beyond our control that interfere with our ability to deliver your Order, we will be in touch with you, and attempt to deliver your Order as soon as reasonably possible. In some cases, delivery may occur prior to the scheduled delivery date. In the event that timely delivery of your products is not feasible, we will cancel your delivery for the period so affected and issue you a credit or refund of the purchase price for that delivery.
